That was a$22 sandwich so expected a bit more!! I think we all know that a bon mi has pickled vegetables, that's what makes it unique and yummy! Those veggies had ZERO taste and didn't even taste like they had been pickled!!! I had to add my own. Just a little diasappointed overall

The consistency here is the issue. Chicken in the Ginger Lemongrass Chicken Salad is super tough. It gets stuck in your teeth. The salad itself has less and less portions. Maybe dont get it delivered. I love this place dont get me wrong, but its very inconsistent.

Ordered a veggie Bahn Mi that came with meat on it and no tofu. Called the store and they didn't care. Spent $20 (including tip) on a sandwich that wasn't what we ordered and Door Dash refunded me $3.75. Thanks.
