Over priced. Paid $10 for luke warm oatmilk. Matcha was undetectable. They were out of a food item and instead of refunding me they still charged me and gave me something completely different, which as gross/inedible.

I am a sucker for packaging & quality & I have to say that's why I love Cha Cha Matcha! I only wish that they larger cup sizing but that's literally my only concern.
