Very disappointed in the Taste of the food, rice had no taste, chicken was burnt and tortilla was hard from the burrito. I understand it was close to closing but food wasn't fresh it tastes like it had been sitting . So much rice you can barely taste anything else. I would not order again unless it's in person.

My order took an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to. My food was cold, the rice was uncooked, and the carne asada I had to pay an extra $3 for was burnt to a crisp and there were 5 pieces of meat. I'm extremely upset

Tortilla was beyond crispy and my guacamole wasn't even guacamole. 2 big halves of an avocado were stuffed in there, poorly wrapped and hard to eat. Barely any corn whatsoever. Never leave reviews but I'm so sad it wasn't good quality

I was super disappointed- usually i love chipotle. But the chips were super stale which is like a sin, why are they using old chips. Plus I usually love the queso but it was so bland, coagulated and had no flavor. Apparently the quesadilla and burritos were good, but I was very sad about the chips and queso.

I ordered a burrito with guacamole instead of having smashed guac, I received a full unripe avocado that was pitted in my burrito. It took completely half of my burrito. I could not even eat my food. I was so disgusted. This is not the first time that my meal has weird parts of food last time I ordered this burrito I got a pit of an iceberg lettuce in my burrito. I've gotten the knob on the top of the avocado in my burrito. People cannot be eating this this is not OK if I'm paying upwards of $15 for a burrito my expectation is that my meal is prepared correctly and consistently in quality. This location really needs to work on their quality control and what they are serving people because this is not ok
