Fat Boys always hits the spot with amazing consistency. The St Louis Style ribs are my latest favorite. Every side is always fresh and their greens are WAY better than other joints. They rate up there with Dreamland BBQ (but that's in Alabama).
No other place in the area does it like them!!!

The 1/2 rack Baby Back Ribs are a good size and meaty (not fall off the bone, more pull off the bone). The Carolina BBQ sauce compliments the ribs. The two sides of collard greens & mac/Cheese also good. Good serving size

The Half Chicken Plate with two sides...serving portions were big...however the chicken was cooked to long and was dry, chewy and, hard with burnt edges...couldn't even eat the wing section. Expected better for the cost . Jalapeño cornbread seemed old, like leftovers

Honestly yall I never thought I would order this on DoorDash for my first time the way the images look so olddd and also im a very picky eater which is sad/alot for me but anywho everything was cook/taste right and if i was anyone of yall call like i did and give ur name so they dont miss a beat on ur order plus they food always come cook to order I was told. And for the Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread its very delicious and not hot/spicy just a lil kick but wont taste it
and for the ribs : the portion isn't alot but very tasty so yall are aware why its called baby back ribs lol
And the baked beans: fantastic
And the coleslaw is fantastic it's just like normal colesaw so yall are aware

This is THE place to get REAL down home BBQ. The beef brisket, turkey, ribs, Smoked Pastrami , Small Aunt Gloria's Candied Yams, Small Grandma Collard Greens, everything, was excellent! The candies yams are experience on their own.
