This place was actually a last resort because the wanted tacos and the truck by her job had to just closed, how ever this place is open pretty late for orders so thats a major plus! The food is AMAZING! The horchata is to die for, alot sweeter then most places I get it from and thats so amazing for my liking! Try the steak Gorditas and chicken Taco but make sure to ask for xtra limes/ and sauce! The last thing I will say is the Squite is soooo good if you like a good spice !Very pleased and will continue to order from here!

I cannot begin to explain how great this places is. The food is always spot on and not crazy prices compared to some of the other places in lexington. the esquite is literally the best thing i've ever had and the tortillas are fresh and great and I wish I could give this place more stars. I've never had a bad experience here.

The thing I miss most about living on this side of town is la fiesta!! 10/10 on all fronts every time. The steak perfectly seasoned and cooked, and is very high quality- I never have gotten an unchewable piece of gristle/fat like I do at chipotle/qdoba. Perfect cilantro to onion to meat ratio in the tacos, and the burrito I had was perfectly toasted. I recommend this truck to everyone!

Terrible! Could not eat. Everything tasted like a bad onion or something. No meat in the MaruchanBirria, six tots in the La fiesta Tot salad, Taco Supreme had no meat as well. Will not order again.

MaruchanBirria was fuego as always. And the QUESABIRRIA ORDER coupled with the Grill onions & jalapeños were elite, they make their own tortillas. PLUS they're open late and always follow my allergy instructions. SPANISH: Neta, las mejores tortillas y tacos en el area, y siempre con atención a mis alergias.
