I don't know why but ever since they rebuilt the building the Val-u-pak (specifically the fries) just aren't really good anymore. They never taste fresh, are always cold, and they're now fried hard.

Chicken was dry and not cold. Me and kids had to warm food up. Didnt even eat chicken. Unsure why it wasnt freshly made

Food was delicious, as always. However, I was very disappointed to find I only received nine hush puppies instead of the dozen I paid for. Smithfield's has the absolute best hush puppies so that made me doubly disappointed I didn't get all I ordered. Sometimes things happen.
