The settings for the shaken espresso are input incorrectly, it's supposed to include 4 shots of espresso and instead it charges $1 per shot. It's been months and this issue hasn't resolved. Tastes like milk. So disappointing.

The Caramel Macchiato was absolutly bitter and I always get order EXTRA Whip but the was no whip at all. It is suppose to be a sweet drink but I had to throw it away cuz it was very bitter.no caramel included as well. it was coffee with milk.
