Cannot recommend this place enough. I got two soups the Cumin Lamb Biang Noodles Soup 羊肉汤面 and the Tingly Beef Biang Noodle Soup 牛肉汤面 and they were so flavorful! Absolutely perfect pick-me-up for the Seattle winter. The drinks were great too!

Yum!! Perfect level of spice for a savory lunch. I appreciate the variety of streamed/seasonal veggies on the side to help balance out the meal! We got the Spicy Tingly Beef Biang Noodles No Soup 牛肉拌面 and Beef Rice Noodles in Soup 麻辣牛肉米线 with Bok Choy 加青江菜 on the side for a great price.
Strawberry Smoothie 草莓冰沙 was a yummy treat to sip on through the rest of the afternoon

The Tingly Spicy Beef Noodles is hands down the best dish I've had in Seattle. Since the noodles are made fresh daily they have a fantastic al dente finish. The tender ground beef is paired well with the crunch of the vegetables. Spice is mild-medium, not overwhelming, especially for those you enjoy spicy foods.

I've been ordering the same dish from this restaurant but the quantity of lamb is much much less than usual. There's barely any lamb. Unacceptable for the money paid
