i spent $10 on the cotton candy concrete (w rainbow sprinkles) and i was under the impression that would mean it was cotton candy flavored and a reasonable size. instead i got vanilla ice cream that was about the size of one scoop. its frustrating bc i spent $20 with tip for ... a scoop of melted ice cream the wrong flavor

Though the drinks were great, customer service is awful. My Dasher let me know how rude they were to him and how they made him wait longer because he was doing Door Dash.

Birthday cake shake was regular price and put in a small cup. Frozen custard was also a large but was filled only about half way. This was very disappointing.
